I always knew that other people suffered from depression or other mental health issues, and I thought for the first part of my life that the solution was easy: Medication and psychotherapy.
Only after falling in the dark hole myself did I realize that it wasn't that easy...
It took me over 10 years to figure this out for myself and develop a strategy, a solution, that worked for me.
So naturally, I started to share it with others.
Seeing how others struggle with the deeper issues of life still motivates me to get up every morning to share what I learned and discovered with those who seek meaning, purpose and renewed energy, "the sparkle" - in their life.
Seeing others go from stressed, frustrated, even sad and hopeless to feeling content and happy most of the time and living forward with a sparkle in their eye and a spring in their step, is my greatest reward and daily inspiration.
I am very fortunate and feel blessed to be able to learn daily learning by and from my clients who are the most brave and courageous people I know. Many of them went through experiences far worse than my own, and many are hard at work creating a brighter future together with others.

It took me many years of trial and error to find my own solution to struggle with depression and anxiety.
Like many of you, I tried a lot:
- Medications, that can be potent emotional painkillers and very helpful for some.
- Psychotherapy, that, when done well, can be very helpful for sure. I especially benefited from group therapy at the beginning of my own journey.
But then, conventional medicine in North America seemed to be at its wits end.
I was living, but not thriving. I was existing, but far from content or even happy.
But having been trained as a Naturopath in Germany (in addition to being a traditional physician) I know there was more to medicine and healing arts than just those 2 things.
I met and talked with many other humans going through similar things like I did.
So over the following years, I added nutritional supplements, herbs, lifestyle changes, and many other methods to my toolbox.
I learned from mentors like Dr. Daniel Amen MD ("Change Your Brain, Change Your Life"), Joseph McClendon III PhD (Neuroencoding/NLP), and Drs. Ron and Stephen Ruden MD (Havening Techniques) and many others.
Over the months, I saw results. I felt better. I had more energy. I saw clearer.
Then I started sharing my story and what I discovered with others.
I realized that finding "the sparkle", finding real meaning in this hectic world full of distractions was a REAL problem for my clients.
They were just struggling along, with no clear strategy how to create a brighter future for themselves and those they love, just trying not to drown in the world of information and technology overload.
And when they adopted the strategies that I am teaching now, they got better, they recovered their sparkle, they finally were able to let go of past hurts, look forward to a brighter future and live fully and peacefully in the now.
So over the years I made it a practice to always give clients additional materials, videos and support with any of my coaching sessions and share books and even courses by others that I felt would make a difference for them.
Then I did what I do best: Taking a large amount of information and distilling it down to the essential steps.
Working with many different people who had different journeys, I developed a step-by-step-system to discover the solution that works most likely for an individual struggling with depression and anxiety.
Compare it with an all-you-can-eat-buffet - but with an experienced guide who prevents you from overeating.
I never thought I would end up doing what I am doing now, but it is truly the most satisfying and fascinating endeavor I ever went on.
I've always been busy helping one person at a time, but looking back at my life, as social beings we learn - and live - best in a community.
One thing I’d point out is that my purpose is NOT to teach you the concepts and finer points behind psychiatry, psychology, medicine and other disciplines.
Others have done this very well already.(and if you are interested in recommendations, i am happy to share these in my programs)
I know how to get results for mental health struggles in the form of changed habits, changed thoughts, and changed actions...
That's what creates a Brighter Future, and that’s what I focus on.
I also realized that somebody needed to teach the “average person” how to get results without bogging them down with a whole bunch of extra stuff they didn’t need to know.
I realized I could be the one to do that.
I was meant to be the one who taught normal people how to create the best version of themselves without the constant roller-coaster-ride most are finding themselves on.
I was the one who was supposed to help people live their dreams because they literally went from destroying themselves by beating themselves up daily in their heads to knowing
how to create the change in their life,
what to do when falling off the wagon again,
where to get support and encouragement and
how to apply what they already know to create the person they always wanted to become - and in the process help their family to change for the better, too.
