A little support for your next true step

My Daily Sparkle of Goal AchievementJournal Resources

Start where you are. And let’s begin now.

You do not need to have your goal figured out before you begin. This journal helps you find a direction that matters to you, clarify one main goal, and turn it into actions that fit your life.

These companion resources are here to help you reflect, follow through, and begin again when you need to.

In development: The journal and its dedicated AI companion are being prepared. You can use the question and prompt on this page now.

My Daily Sparkle of Goal Achievement by Dr. Christine Sauer: a shooting star above mountains against a sunset sky.
When the journal is available, you’ll find a link here to buy a copy for yourself or give one to someone you care about.

You are in the right place

If your direction feels unclear, that’s okay. Give yourself a quiet moment and a little room to imagine. You can write in a notebook or simply think about your answer.

Imagine yourself at a meaningful summit in your life. Looking back, what are you proud of having done?

Begin with whatever comes to mind. You do not have to know how to get there yet. Your answer can give you a starting point for choosing one goal that matters to you.

From a meaningful dream to something you do

The journal begins with Dr. Christine Sauer’s DUMB-to-SMART goal-setting process.

DUMB means Dream-based, Uplifting, Method-based, and Behavior-driven. Explore what you want, why it matters, which approach could help, and what you are willing to do consistently.

SMART means Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Give your goal a clear outcome, a number and unit you can track, and a timeframe that fits your current capacity and priorities.

Plan one true step

Choose what you will do, how much you intend to complete, and when you will make time for it. Decide what reminder or support will help you follow through.

Review what happened

Record what you actually did. Notice what helped and what got in the way. Choose what to continue or adjust, and name your sparkle today.

Pause after seven entries

Look for patterns, measure your progress, celebrate something, and choose your next priority. No judgment. Analysis.

The journal is designed around 90 undated daily entries. Your goal may take less time or more. Continue with the methods and behaviors that work for you, and revisit the process whenever your life or circumstances change.

Explore a question with an AI thinking partner

Using AI is optional. If you find conversation helpful, you can take a journal question to your preferred AI chatbot and explore it one question at a time.

Copy the prompt below into your chatbot. Replace the text in square brackets with a journal question or section, then send it. You can use the starting question above.

Click or tap inside the box, select the text, and copy it. Then paste it into your chatbot.

Choose what you feel comfortable sharing. Use your own judgment, check important factual advice, and write the conclusions you want to keep in your journal—in your own words.

You remain the person choosing your direction.

The Goal Achievement Companion

A dedicated AI companion is being developed to guide you through clarifying your goal, planning your next step, reviewing your progress, and beginning again when life interrupts.

When it is ready, its access link and instructions will appear here. For now, you can use the prompt above with a chatbot you already use.

Would a little extra support help?

Sometimes it helps to talk things through with someone who can help you clarify your direction, choose a manageable next step, and follow through.

If you would like to explore working with me, you can read about my approach and the support I offer, then decide whether it feels like a good fit for you.

One step at a time. Keep climbing. Aim up.
