Important Perspective
My perspective has been shaped not only by medical training, but also by lived experience.
After navigating severe chronic illness, chronic pain, depression, burnout, psychiatric hospitalization, caregiving, grief, and long-term rebuilding personally, I developed a much deeper appreciation for the complexity of healing and the resilience of human beings.
That experience continues to shape the way I teach, mentor, write, and approach health education today.
