Double Chocolate Pudding

This is so good, even kids like it!

  • Gluten-free
  • optional dairy free (if using cultured coconut and dairy-free chocolate)
  • contains healthy fats to nourish your cells and brain!

 

Ingredients:  (makes one bowl of pudding)

1 oz dark (>70%) chocolate, melted

1 cup organic yogurt (or cultured coconut milk)

1 avocado (previously frozen and mashed)

1-2 Tbsp. Maple syrup

1-2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1-2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips (optional)

 

Instructions:

Melt chocolate in microwave or on the stove (double-boiler) over low heat

Stir in organic yogurt or cultured coconut milk

Stir in mashed avocade, break up all clumps. (want it really smooth? Put in blender or smash with Immersion blender)

Add Maple syrup and chia seeds, stir thoroughly.

Let set in fridge for 2-24 hours.

Garnish with chocolate chips (if using) or fresh fruit
