Depression Chronicles...

sad young child

Many people struggle with mental illness from childhood or young adulthood on.

I decided to write a fictional “resume” or “life chronicle” of a typical person struggling with depression and anxiety.

How do I know?
I was one of them.

I know many of you still are.
I invite you to read this resume – style chronicle.
If you can relate, please don’t give up.

I was one of them. I know many of you still are.

I invite you to read this resume – style chronicle.

If you can relate, please don’t give up.

Watch my story and then book your free “virtual cup of coffee or tea” with me so we can talk about what’s going on and maybe I can point you in a different direction.

When I was in this situation, I wish someone had reached out to me.

No one did. I had to come to a solution all for myself, and it was darn hard and took a lot of years and money out of my life.

What if conventional medicine, and maybe counseling and all your efforts so far didn’t pull you out of the rut?

Maybe it’s time to try a different approach and consider if a coach, a guide, someone who...

  •  Knows how it feels,
  •  Has been there and is working on the way to their best life,
  •  Can lend you a helping hand,
  •  Points out some avenues you may not have considered
  •  Holds you accountable
  •  Keeps you in the loop
  •  Offers you insight
  •  Doesn’t tell you what to do, but helps you to find your own way
  • Doesn't judge you
  • And truly cares?

A coach doesn’t “heal” your life or your mental illness or ends your struggle with it, but working with a coach can show you ways to struggle less often, don’t get into very deep holes and get out of the hole faster.

We all struggle with life, and a coach can be just the partner you need to hold your hand through difficult times – and let you go when you are ready to go it yourself.

Learning to live your best life is like learning to ride a bicycle. First someone holds you and the bicycle. Then you ride yourself, but with training wheels, then you ride yourself on even ground, and then it gets more and more difficult, but you can do it!

At DocChristine Coaching, that’s what we do. We don’t replace your psychologist, your doctor or other healthcare provider. We are different.

We give you tools, strategies and pointers to get out of the holes life puts in your road – faster than you could have by yourself.

It includes a Checklist on what's not working and holding you back.

And the Roadmap to help you make your plan to finally start living your best life!
